After meeting Romina and Jared, I turned to Dallin and said...in a bit of a stern voice...you better love me as much as Jared loves Romina. True story. He said he did, and I believed him, so we're still happily married :) We loved these guys. I was truly sad when the reception came to an end. Weddings are a special time and we always feel so lucky to share in such a sacred and amazing moment where two lives are joined together forever. Romina and Jared, we predict you'll still be happily married in a hundred years!
In a word, Gordon and Taylor are classy, smart, fun, kind, and, if you need someone to plan your wedding, call Taylor because she is one of the most organized, informed, prepared, and professional brides we have had the pleasure to work with. All you wedding photographers out there should be jealous. We had so much fun with these. I find I always treasure the fall photo shoots...because I dread the winter ones so much. Well, to clarify, the winter ones are beautiful, I just don't handle the cold in an emotionally responsible way. Enjoy the pictures. Pay special attention to the last one. Dallin and I are often "blessed" with wildlife encounters in our shoots...it must be the lotion we use or something. Anyways, ducks were present at the duck pond and I dedicated a good 5 minutes of time to "quacking" the ducks forth into the frame.

Mark and Mandy are 100% madly in love! Their cute families and kids made the day so special to film and photograph. Oh and they had BBQ, watermelon, pie, and cupcakes...need I say more!

Sandesh and Suyanka definitely made our day with this incredible and traditional Indian wedding! Goodness gracious we were blown away! My aspirations to one day have mass amounts of henna on my body have also been made even more concrete! Thanks for the wonderful experience guys, we were blown away!
You couldn't ask for a sweeter couple. Jared was the perfect gentleman the entire day. It was so impressive to see how much he loves Romina. And, of course, she was the picture of beauty and poise. Jared + Romina, we loved working with you and are secretly hoping you thought we were as cool as we thought you were! Can't wait for the wedding!
Allie came with us to the Capitol building. We had a lot of fun with the architecture and sun. After half the shots, I would shout to Allie, "Oh this is so Downton Abby!" She's not the die hard fan that I am, but I'm sure there will be a number of you out there that will understand :)
Dallin has known Josh forever, and we love them, and they're so cute....so you'll probably be seeing a lot of them.
Introducing the Kaiser triplets! Absolutely cute...absolutely! But when you're timidly contemplating potentially...maybe beginning to think about having your own baby. An experience like this can set you back a few notches :) Don't get me wrong, we loved them, and held them, and whispered cute baby things to them. But when we walked out that door and sat in our car, there were definitely a few moments of silence as, I'm sure, Dallin and I both silently wondered..."could we do that?"
Welcome to our blog! We hope you find it wonderful, amazing, and just love it. Just to begin, and for the sake of Dallin's manliness, this blog is written and run by the Ashley side of "Dashley." If you've read our "About Us," then you know all about us, if you haven't, now would be a good time to do that :) Dallin is my husband. I am Ashley. In case you still haven't read our "About Us," to summarize, we are some fun loving people who have a truckload of love, ambition, friendliness, and talent (fyi, we're humble folks, I would say Dallin has mad skills and he would say I have mad skills, but we would feel braggy saying it about ourselves, so consider this a joint statement from both of us). We have really nice cameras, really expensive lenses, and we use them all the time. Hence our business. Many people hate what we love...many hate being outside on hot summer days or freezing February ones. Many hate mother-in-laws, and long ceremonies, and long drives, and varying amounts of stress. But we do not. We even see past these seemingly tortuous trials, and, in so doing, capture beautiful and magical moments...and then we give them to you.
